do you offer any vegan options?
We only serve handcrafted, made fresh daily donuts + bakery products. Unfortunately almost all of the items on our menu are currently non-vegan and may contain ingredients such as wheat, soy protein, milk, and/or eggs. The only current “vegan” items offered would be our drink options such as coffee, our plant based custom energy drinks, & other drink selections (juices, sodas, + water).
Do you offer gluten free?
Due to our kitchen spaces, we do not offer gluten free at this time.
Any additional allergen information?
Our donuts and/or other bakery items may contain wheat, soy protien, milk and egg. Additional allergens such as nuts may be added to finished products as toppings as well as toppings that may have been produced in a facility with nuts.
Do you offer custom donut letters &/Shapes?
Due to constant supplier increases and changes, we unfortunately no longer offer custom donut letters &/shapes at this time. We are happy to go over with you other options that we do offer that are often times more well received + consumed for whatever your celebration or gathering may need - donut bars, breakfast buffets, or large orders are our specialty!
What kind of coffee do you brew/offer?
We are super excited to have partnered with local coffee company Topeca Coffee Roasters. Topeca is located in Tulsa where they diligently craft top notch coffees from around the world. For further information on their FAQ, please visit their site here!
Do you offer delivery?
Due to how our staffing is structured, we do not currently offer delivery (except for catering + events placed with a team leader). We do however offer quick, efficient, & friendly carry-out, counter, or DRIVE THRU services at any of our locations! We are also happy to place any pre-orders, reoccurring orders, or event orders needed to make it as sweet as we can for you.
How do I place a pre or standing order?
We ask that all orders be submitted at least 1 business day in advance. Larger orders may require additional prep/needs, so the more time the better! Orders can be placed in person OR over the phone at your local Livi Lee & Co. location OR by emailing orders@livilees.com OR contact form right here on our website.
Please do not submit orders through our social media accounts as these are generally not monitored 24/7! We would hate to miss your order due to not seeing it in time.
